Returns Policy
As each item is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged during delivery.
Please inspect the parcel carefully when it arrives. If there is visible damage, do not accept the delivery from the driver.
If you change your mind after purchasing, you may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials and labour will already have been allocated to your order.
 
Dispatch Time
Each unit is built to order.
Production time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on current order volume. Your item will be dispatched as soon as it is completed and securely packaged.
 
Delivery
Delivery is available only to the postcode ranges listed below. Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside these areas.
Your postcode must fall within one of the ranges below (for example, AA14 or FX32 would not be eligible):

Delivery is made via FedEx and usually takes 1–2 days once dispatched.
When signing for the delivery you accept responsibility for the parcel. Please inspect the packaging carefully before signing. If the parcel appears damaged, do not sign for it.
