Each desk is handmade to order and built specifically for you.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged during delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
Dispatch time
Once you make the order, it can take 1-3 weeks to build depending on current orders at the time.

Delivery (once dispatched) is usually a next day service used through FeEx.
When you sign for the delivery you are taking responsibility for the package at this point, so if there are any damages we wouldn't be able to refund, so please fully check the outside of the packaging for any damages before signing, thank you.
