Returns Policy
Due to this item being bespoke made, we cannot except returns unless it is damaged on delivery. We would then expect you not to accept the delivery from the driver, so please check parcel upon arrival. If you change your mind after purchasing, you can cancel within 24 hours but not after this as material and time cost goes into building these items which cannot be recouped.

Dispatch time
Once you make the order, it can take 1 week to build and will be dispatched as soon as its all packaged up.

Delivery can only be done to these Post Codes below, your post code must be between the ranges below. For instance, If your Post Code starts with AA14 or FX32, we won't be able to deliver:

Delivery can take anywhere between 4-10 days as couriers have to be booked in for this large item.
When you sign for the delivery you are taking responsibility for the package at this point, so if there are any damages we wouldn't be able to refund, so please fully check the outside of the packaging for any damages before signing, thank you.
